Comfortable in the uncomfortable is the essence of being a Highlander. Whether it's climbing a mountain or taking a dip in an ice cold loch, our coffees taste even better with heightened senses.

Glenfinnan Coffee Co was set up by 2 local brothers James and Iain Gillies in 2022. After living away for years in various countries, the boys came home. Being back in their natural environment felt great but something was missing 'a decent coffee'.

They bought a horsebox coffee wagon from a friend in London. Tweaked it for a pop-up in the Highlands. Experimented with various coffees to find the perfect flavours and the authentic Highland coffee experience was created.

Growing up on a croft in the Scottish Highlands is no easy feat—it’s a place where the land is as rugged and storied as the people who call it home. The traditions and knowledge of this wild terrain are passed down from father to son, creating a deep, ancestral connection that shapes every aspect of life. This bond with the land drives us to offer you a truly authentic experience, one grounded in simplicity and honesty.
