We accept returns or exchanges if the merch is in new condition and you contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Email us at glenfinnancoffee.com. Please note that return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at info@glenfinnancoffee.com right away. Include your order number and
photos of the item. You must report this within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement or refund after this
period.
