High in the Andes of northern Peru, Cajamarca is a beautiful coffee-growing region where mountains meet the edge of the Amazon basin. Its altitude, varied microclimates and long history of coffee growing make it home to some exceptional coffees.

Kovachii brings together carefully selected coffees from smallholder farmers across Cajamarca. The coffee cherries are picked and processed by the farmers before being dried and brought to local buying stations, where the best lots are selected for their quality and consistency.

We roast Kovachii here in Lochaber to let its natural sweetness and character shine through. It’s a really approachable Peruvian coffee — smooth, balanced and easy to enjoy every day.
