El Buho comes from smallholder farmers in the Huila and Tolima regions of Colombia, two areas known for producing beautifully clean and expressive coffees.

The coffee is naturally decaffeinated in Colombia using the sugarcane process. This gentle method removes the caffeine while keeping as much of the coffee's natural sweetness and character as possible.

We roast El Buho here in Lochaber to a medium roast, giving it a smooth, rounded flavour that's easy to enjoy at any time of day.

All the pleasure of a proper cup of coffee, just without the buzz.
